How does mp21 works?

 

1 - I downloaded the file, now what?

If you dwnloaded the file it means that you already have installed the mp21 application and Player.
If the player does not open try download it and install it again.
The first time you use the player it should be certified with the CERTIFICATE you received attached to the Axmedia mp21.net e-mail. Please follow the player instructions or refer to the How To Section.

2 - I lost the mp21.net registration and certification e-mails

If you lost the mp21.net e-mail or you did not confirm the link please Click here to register again.
If you lost the Axmedia mp21.net e-mail with the Player Certificate please contact us here with your registered email and password and we'll send you a new certificate or Click here to register again.

3 - What is there inside the file I downloaded?

4 - I have a MAC ...

Unfortunately we do not have a Mac Version at the moment even if we're Mac users. We're working on it!!

5 - Interrupted or paused download

If you loose connection and your download gets interrupted you can just resume it.
This works also if you pause the download.

6 - I do NOT have a Paypal account, can I pay in other ways?

Paypal accepts all major credit cards even if you do not have an account.

7 - What can I sell on mp21 Store?

You can sell CDs, DVDs, Books, Videos, Photos, Music Scores, Audio Books and many other in digital formats

8 - How long does it take to see my product online for sale?

From the moment in which we receive all the material it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get your product ready to launch.
We will contact you via e-mail when launch date is ready.

9 - Can I modify my product online after Launch Date?

No it is NOT possible.
Since the data il strictly connected with the CD, DVD or Book itself it will NOT be possible to change Artist Name, Title, Item Type and Price.
You can change all other info such as description, bio, contacts and info via your Control Panel.
You can add another Artist or product by registering another Artist Name.

10 - Can I choose my product Price?

Yes you can!
You can choose any price you like but we suggest you to maintain near the mp21.net suggested Price of € 5,00 per CD and € 9,00 per DVD.
In this way you will have more chances to sell your product.
We will pay you 50% of the Price you set per decrypted downloaded file, after local taxes.

11 - What should I send mp21.net for distribution?

Refer to How To Distribution Section.

12 - Does mp21.net accept all content for distribution?

Unfortunately our resources are very limited at the moment so we have to make a selection based on better quality.
But we are growing with you so the more you work with us the largest the catalog can grow.
It is you who makes the mp21.net working!!!
Oh ... and we do not accept extreme content, pornography and or offensive or discriminating content.

13 - I have more questions, what shall I do?

Just let us know and we'll try to answer in the shortest possible time!!!

The software is completely free of charge. What you pay goes towards supporting our technical team and paying for the creation of more user guides. If you're unsatisfied, you can always cancel your membership and keep the software.

This is due to firewall software on your computer blocking the network traffic. The program cannot connect if your firewall is blocking access. If you have Windows XP, disable the XP firewall in the systems settings in the control panel. To do so, simply follow these directions: 1. Click on the START button (lower left corner of Desktop). Go: Start, Settings, Control Panel. 2. Double-click Networking and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections. 3.
